Abstract :
Two new signal processing based collision resolution techniques for wireless ad-hoc networks are proposed. Without assuming the knowledge of the propagation channel and signal waveform, the proposed algorithms are capable of separating collided packets by exploiting channel diversities and partially known symbols in data packets. The algorithms can be applied to various narrow band and spread spectrum systems
