  • Abstract
    A compact 16×25 Gbit/s multi-wavelength receiver for multi-kilometer reach applications is built on a simple, low cost and scalable hybrid integration scheme on a silica-on-silicon platform. Insertion loss <;2 dB and sensitivity <;-10 dBm are demonstrated for the complete receiver.
