Nowadays, the mode of “one building for all services” has been adopted by general China´s local governments and many Government Service Centers (GSC) were established, this shows the sinicization of one-stop government. The establishment of China´s GSC is the outcome of the reform of administrative approval, the establishment of service-oriented government and the e-Government. Its main target is to realize one-stop approval. By analyzing the condition of the reality and perusing the ideal, this thesis discusses the perspectives of one-stop government as well as the case of the GSC of the People´s Government of Jilin Province and explores some barriers to the ideal of one-stop approval in local governments of China.
