  • Abstract
    Virtual Learning Community, as a kind of Virtual Community, has become a hot research in recent years. This article introduces the Virtual Community first of all, and then focuses on the definition and essential characteristics of VLC. Finally, discusses building a VLC by using P2P technologies to achieve self-study and research-study of constructivism education.
