Abstract :
This paper proposes an equivalent circuit model that can be used in the presentation of characteristic harmonic components generated by three-phase diode rectifier circuits. In conventional equivalent circuits, only the current harmonics on AC side of converters are considered. For an exact analysis, it is necessary to deal with both voltage and current harmonics. The proposed model involves both current harmonics on AC side and voltage harmonics on DC side of three-phase diode rectifiers.
