As a pillar industry of the national economy, the logistics shared a great responsibility in low carbon economy. This paper which based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative model indicated that the logistics industry could promote the development of low carbon economy by integrating resources and optimizing configuration. But the effection is inflexible at present, the main reason is inefficient utilization of logistics resources and backwardness of logistics technology. Therefore, we could promote effectively function display of energy saving and emission reduction in logistics industry through the following steps: (1) Construction of socialized logistics information platform, (2) Promoting innovation and application of logistics technology, (3) Formulation of policies and regulations about energy saving and emission reduction.
