At present, the global market, companies must have a unique competitive advantage, to make enterprises competitive in the long-term profitability and development. Therefore, the correct evaluation of the core competitiveness of enterprises started to become to solve this problem, this comprehensive analysis of the past, scholars in the study and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, based on the core competitiveness of enterprises proposed multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, a certain level of degree make up for past shortcomings.
