The start of Growth Enterprises Market (GEM), brings the high-growth Small and medium-sized enterprises many opportunities. But how to solve the problems which management falls behind the growth, how to achieve the change from opportunity-oriented enterprises to competence — elevated enterprises, have become the practical problems which should be solved urgently for the listed companies on GEM. This paper builds a model of management modes based on corporate life cycle perspective, and Governance structure, organization structure, leadership, culture are four factors of the model. The paper says the listed companies on GEM are at growth stage implementing rational management. In order to achieve a further development and go faster to maturation stage, he listed companies on GEM should focus on the integration management mode of rational management and irrational management.
