Abstract :
Financial leasing is an effective way to financing in the projects of the energy performance contract. To establish a rational benefit sharing mechanism can encourage all the stakeholders to join in EPC Projects more actively. This paper, based on the theory of Dynamic Alliance, made use of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to establish the benefit sharing model of financial leasing in EPC Project of China, and analyzed and demonstrated the model. Finally, the model was verified by a specific case.
