Abstract :
A monolithic microwave integrated six-port circuit which will be used to compare the phase between two incident microwave signals at 1.75 GHz is described. The integrated junction is based on passive lumped elements to ensure very small dimensions in the range of 1 mm2 and to possibly extend the circuit operation into the 500-MHz to 3-GHz frequency range
