Abstract :
The community of authors are concerned for a long time the evaluation in distance of movements at low speed in fluid environments. This work presents the concept of frequency exchanger as essential of electronic equipment from Doppler system of telemetry of movement features in the air with low speed and low execution costs of this study. It is presented the main scheme, the motivation of this choice, the function of blocks and it is insisted upon FPGA-FLEX 10K-ALTERA implementation for the concrete realization of frequency switcher
