  • Abstract
    This paper describes the design of a modular hard-and software platform for the implementation of an intelligent charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. This infrastructure implements intelligent control of charging processes with respect to the local and global grid situation, for instance. Today, there are many solutions for intelligent charging infrastructures, which were developed in several research projects. However, these solutions are very project-specific. This paper illustrates the creation and implementation of a generic platform and demonstrates how the platform could be used. The result of this paper is a modular, flexible, easy to use platform, which reduces the development effort for certain use cases.
