Abstract :
The AR model method was proposed in the analysis of information extraction of vehicle sound signals in highway traffic flow. Based on the appropriate selection of AR model order and sample data, the feature vectors were used to distinguish different vehicle models. Through parameter model theory, we proposed feature method in vehicle signal recognition technology to achieve the requirement of auxiliary determination. This paper has demonstrated that the feasibility of model identification and feature extraction using the highway vehicle audio signal. The result showed that AR model is an effective way in vehicle type classification.
