Abstract
In order to estimate the accuracy of the single-phase electric energy meter promptly and conveniently, a mini-type electric energy meter field calibrator is designed and implemented. In this system, the electric energy measuring chip MCP3906 is used as the key measuring circuit. 89C2051 is used as the controlling and calculation core. The integrated circuit MCP3906 with high-frequency output pulses is used to calculate the following physical quantities of measured electric energy meter, such as voltage, electric current, power, electric energy, etc. The result of the experiment shows that this system can measure the physical quantities of the measured electric energy meter quickly and accurately in the case of constantly electric. This system also shows the advantages of stability, high precision and facility.
