Abstract
Proposing the new formular of measuring similarity of Vague sets, deducting the filter factor indicators; extracting options; establishing the best program; constructing the Vague environment; converting the raw data into Vague Data, obtaining the Vague sets of each options and the best option Vague set; computing the similarity measure and Vague Decision, calculating the similarity measure between the options of Vague sets and the best option of the Vague sets; by the value of similarity measure the Vague Decision is achieved: the maximum value of similarity measure corresponds to the optimal solution.
