Abstract :
This paper works on the design and implementation of AC servo motor control system based on the 16-bit XC164CM microcontroller which is designed by Infineon company. The Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) is used to generate SVPWM waveform to drive the Intelligent Power Module (IPM) which can generate three phase motor drive signal. Combine with the three-phase motor drive signal, the Proportion Integration Differentiation (PID) control algorithm can be implemented rapidly and accurately on speed control of the motor.
