Abstract :
The authors have developed a noncontact power-supply card powered by solar cells in which optimized zero-voltage-switching and load-matching circuits enable high transmission efficiency. Power can be transmitted up to 2 mm. The power supplied to load circuits exceeds 50 mW over the entire transmission-distance range. The maximum transmission power is 115 mW: and the maximum transmission efficiency, taking the power consumption of all the circuits into account, is 68.2%
