Abstract :
In this paper, for the developing trend of future large ship power system and in consideration of the relative special nature of ship power system in itself, a concept of constructing ship integrated smart power system is put forward combining the current research level of integrated power system for ship and related fields such as terrestrial smart grid at home and abroad. The construction of ship integrated smart power system is considered as an inseparable part of overall design of ship. Moreover, the necessity, characteristics, objectives, key technologies, major components of the ship integrated smart power system are also described as well as the main difference between terrestrial smart grid and ship integrated smart power system. Furthermore, the ability of strong resisting attacks and the ability of rapid self-healing, both of them are believed to be the biggest characteristics of the future ship integrated smart power system.
