Abstract :
We propose and demonstrate novel Si-wire flatband optical demultiplexer based on microring assisted multiple delaylines. It is shown that the proposed scheme including microring-type phase controllers and Banyan-type coupler exhibits compact device size and the highest spectral flatness among Si-wire-based optical demultiplexers.
