Abstract :
As the traditional analysis of differentially expressed genes can only handle a single data sets, we designed and developed the differentially expressed genes recognition software based on meta-analysis to analyze differentially expressed gene. The Software integrated Rank Product meta-analysis algorithm and improvement RSDM algorithm with filtering techniques based on standard deviation. The software has realized the data import and the analysis of differentially expressed gene. Experimental results show that: the software can effectively analyze heterogeneous data sets, find differentially expressed genes, and thus verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
