Abstract :
This paper research adopted the item response theory and studied the aspects such as the generation of random numbers of the students´ ability and the method of identifying and selecting examination questions from the item bank. This paper put forward to the basic principle of paper intelligent-production system, the implementation process, test of fit and so on. Meanwhile the implementation process was simulated in an experiment.
