Abstract :
In this paper, we propose an adaptive frequency estimator that does not need the filtered transformation by using the LMI-type adaptive update law. We derive the stability condition of the error system with bounded disturbances with a LMI. Moreover, we add the averaging factor to the frequency estimator in order to attenuate an error fluctuation arising due to noises in measurements. Finally, the performance of the proposed estimator is investigated by the MATLAB simulation
