Abstract :
This paper presents a clock generator immune with variation of power supply and temperature. This scheme is implemented in a standard 0.18um CMOS technology. Simulation results show that the deviation of the frequency is less than 0.45% with supply variation of 1V; and the temperature drift is 10ppm/°C in the range of -40C - 120°C. The core area of this design is 0.4 × 0.25 mm2.
