Abstract :
According to the developments of simulation technology, it indicates that the simulation platform based on the organized information construction is the effective way of developing space electronic countermeasure system demonstration and efficiency evaluation in the future. It presents a 4-tier organized simulation communication model, and constructs action ontology (CAO), which can well solve the control problem of communication action based on the underlying high level architecture (HLA) simulation and Agent model.
