Abstract :
The computer-aided design and analysis of a 2.5 to 5-GHz microstrip frequency doubler using a GaAs MESFET is described. The microstrip circuit of this frequency doubler is built. The circuit is analyzed in the time and frequency domains using an existing computer program. Good agreement between simulated and measurement results is achieved
