Abstract :
The introduction of eGovernment services and applications leads to major changes in the structure and operation of public administrations. We present current work in progress in Italian eGovernment projects aimed at the analysis, development, deployment and evaluation of tools and environments to support the people who design, develop, use and evaluate eServices to citizens.
