Abstract :
This paper discusses the problems, which is much-needed to be solved, existing in information and communication systems of power grid. By introducing information and communication systems (ICS) of the smart grid, based on business requirements, Enterprise Application Integration(EAI)is proposed. Considering the processes in data collection, monitoring, control and distribution management systems, outage management systems and field service automation, as well as the accident call system and other sectors of information technology, it proposed IEC 61968 standards-based information resource integration and integrating approach. Finally, the paper notes the most important requirements in the integration process, as well as proposals in network management, security protection and technical standard system construction etc..
