ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) has been proven to be an effective tool that improves business performances for competiveness in the market. However, the success rate of implementing such a tool to a company has been fairly low. While issues and key success factors of such implementation have been addressed by many researchers, it has been noted that Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face more challenges. In this paper, authors have developed and applied a proven methodology for SMEs to implement ERP system. The case study shows that the method is comprehensive and effective.
