Abstract
An airborne SAR with indication of moving targets has been developed and tested at the Institute of Radio Astronomy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. This paper describes the setup of this instrument, its main components, and the signal processing technique. Results obtained during the first flight tests are summarized as well.
