  • Abstract
    This talk will firstly introduce some recent progress in vision-based HCI area, including the “sixth sense” concept system by MIT media lab and the “Kinect” body controller developed by Microsoft. Based on them, some trends of the field are analyzed. The talk will then focus on face perception related progress, which is one of the main efforts of the lecturer. Demos will be shown and the techniques behind the demos will be briefly introduced.
