  • Abstract
    To improve the management of the water industries and increase the profit, the optimal inspection interval can be developed to reduce the cost of leakage control. This paper analyzes the number of historical leakage. With the minimum summation of the average monthly cost of leakage control costs and leakage costs, it seeks the optimal inspection interval and the lowest total cost of leakage control to help water industries make a optimal inspection plan to improve their management.
