Abstract :
The statistical propagation inverse problem or problem of the reconstruction of refractive structural characteristic profile of stochastically inhomogeneous troposphere have vital importance for diagnosing transgorizon radio-wave propagation conditions. This problem may be solved by means of transversal spatial correlation function of amplitude fluctuations. The present work contains description reconstruction algorithm of the refractive index structural characteristics profile by transversal spatial correlation function of amplitude fluctuations to a case of spherical wave propagation and weak smooth fluctuations. The main result of the work is the creation of the program of the numerical solution of a propagation inverse problem for the spherical radio-wave in the stochastically inhomogeneous troposphere.
