Abstract
MoM with pulse basis functions and point-matching technique is applied to analyse the scattering from PEC cylinders partially embedded in dielectric rough surface between two media, for the TE case. A numerical tool to study the LGA scattering problem by partially buried targets can also be extended to calculate scattering from partially embedded dielectric objects on the dielectric rough surface.
