Abstract :
The differential pressure standard in the range from 1 Pa to 10 kPa has been developed by the method using double pressure balances. In this report, the principle and the calibration system for the method are described in detail. The experimental results obtained from the system showed a good reproducibility regarding the pressure generated. The uncertainties of the pressure are estimated.
