  • Abstract
    This paper presents a simple, low cost adaptive antenna tuning module that is used in conjunction with a small, simplified mobile phone antenna. It is shown that the transmit and receive VSWR can be kept below 3:1 over the frequency ranges 824-960 and 1710-2170 MHz with and without the effect of the user´s head and hand.
