Abstract :
With the global economy integration, enterprises must face the impact from the E-business. As a new business model and enterprise operation, The E-business plays an important role in operation, competition, supply chain and development of the enterprises. After analyzing the advantages of the third-party E-business platform, the Paper puts forward the strategy on developing the E-business of the small and medium sized enterprises based on the current situation of small size, poor capital and backward development of the small and medium sized enterprises. It will affect the development of the small and medium sized enterprises and sustainable, healthy and stable development of Chinese economy.
