Abstract :
The number of electric bicycle is growing up because of its advantages, but it also brings some traffic safety lapses. Investigation of electric bicycle´s speed, the volume of traffic as well as the act in violation of regulations has carried on urban in moderate city, analyze the security hidden danger of electric bicycle traffic at greatest extent. Bring up the measures which can enhance electric bicycle´s traffic safety. Manage measures are provided which can improve electric bicycle traffic safety to traffic management departments.
