Abstract :
Analysis and design of large scale circuits and systems affected by uncertainty can be performed using a first-order second moment method. Due to the complexity of the formulation of the moment equation, an automatic formulation of this procedure is required. A methodology for generating the moment equations for the probabilistic analysis of linear large scale circuits and systems based on new development is presented
