Abstract :
This paper presents an ICIC scheme for LTE-Advanced system, which injects the new technique of LTE-Advanced system called CoMP. The proposed scheme effectively combines the benefits of both frequency reuse and CoMP, which makes system actively handover between the two ICIC schemes through dynamic threshold mechanism. It´s shown that the proposed scheme could effectively improve the throughput of the whole network as well as users on edge of cells.
