Abstract
An algorithm to determine the mixed-radix digits for the moduli set {2n-1, 2n+1} is proposed. This algorithm is exploited in implementing a sign detector, a magnitude comparator, a scaler and a residue-to-binary converter. All presented implementations are memoryless. They utilize binary adders and combinational logic
