Welcome to ICSSE 2010

On behalf of the Taiwan Association of System Science and Engineering (TASSE), and the Organizing and Program Committees, it is our greatest pleasure to welcome you to the conference: the International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE 2010), held here at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) in Taipei, Taiwan during July 1–3, 2010. As we all agree upon, technology advancements provide opportunities not only for improving system capabilities, but also for introducing development risks that must be weighed and managed. Thus, it is our goal to bring together scholars from all areas to have a forum to discuss, demonstrate and exchange research ideas in the scope of system science and engineering. This event will definitely provide a great opportunity for scientists, engineers, and practitioners from all over the world to present the latest system design concepts, research results, developments, and applications, as well as to facilitate interactions between scholars and practitioners.
