  • Abstract
    In this paper an approach for AC simulation of JFET amplifiers is presented. A simple JFET hybrid-π model, compatible with the Electronics Workbench package is proposed. A procedure to determine the model parameters is described. A comparison between the theoretical and simulated results for JFET common-source amplifier is performed. The comparison validates the approach proposed
