  • Abstract
    In recent years, the demand is increasing for more accurate information for natural phenomena forecast. We have proposed a method for lightning flash forecast based on case-based retrieval, but some inhomogeneity may cause local errors. In this paper we propose a new thundercloud tracking scheme which utilizes case-based retrieval in order to compensate the influence of the local conditions.
