Abstract :
We have proposed the presence of a defect distribution at low energy in hydrogen-loaded high-germanium-doped fibers. The traps can be reached more easily, which could explain the higher photosensitivity in those fibers, but they can also be emptied at lower temperature, explaining the higher thermal decay
