Abstract :
In conclusion, we have developed a compact multi-chip-module for 10-Gbps lightwave receiver employing three analog ICs. The gain can be achieved to be from +11-+31 dB, and the bandwidth to be 7.3 GHz. The results of the receiver sensitivity of -14.5 dBm at 10-9 BER have confirmed the applicability of the developed multi-chip-module to 10-Gbps lightwave receivers
