Abstract :
An information service replication technique is proposed to meet the increasingly growing user´s demands on flexible and reliable services. Here the services can be replicated from service provider to service provider flexibly and promptly according to each service provider´s actual conditions such as its workload, the access number combination of the service types etc. By applying autonomous properties from Autonomous Decentralized Systems (ADS), which have the properties of online expansion, online maintenance and fault tolerance for next generation information services, the replication process can be automated without outside intervention or much service providers´ concession to system expenses to adjust the load balancing autonomously and optimistically. This replication process is transparent to the user and mobile agents, so it can enhance the performance in areas such as fault tolerance and prompt access with different combinations of services
