Abstract :
Problem of bandwidth extension is considered for parametric amplifiers with quasi-optical pumping oscillators. For this purpose it is proposed to use the Schottky-barrier diodes being included into balanced circuit. At 60-65 GHz band in the 1.8 GHz bandwidth an amplifier gain is no less than 13 dB at half-power bandwidth. The noise temperature is no more than 500 K. The input modules developed are dedicated to use for communication and navigation systems.
