Abstract :
Presents an outline of the researches in the design group of TITech COE/SMS(Super Mechano System) project. Especially, new system theoretic approaches to integrated design and of mechanical structure and controller synthesis and dynamics of hyper-redundant systems are explained, and a summary of the intermediate results is provided
