Abstract :
Frequency and temperature dependent dielectric behavior of the Copper oxide-Polyvinylalcohol nanocomposite films are reported. Copper oxide nanoparticles are prepared through co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction studies show the crystalline phase of the prepared particles. Frequency and temperature dependent dielectric studies are done by two probe method.
