After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In recent years, event tourism has become an important part in city tourist attraction when there is an increasing competitive tourism. Event tourism caused concern in many areas, however, issues related to driving factors is rare at home and abroad, and there is no quantitative studies and application of mathematical methods. Based on the development of 9 driving factors at given urban event and taken 19 cities in China as example, using quantitative methods to analyze the difference of urban event tourism driving factor in different region provide a reference for future urban development.
